Please read the following carefully to understand the order-process and terms for ordering at the Official Horseman web-store.
How to order
Browse through the catalogue and press ‘Buy’ to add an item to your shopping cart. Items like T-shirts, girlies etc. comes in different sizes – so be sure to select the correct size before adding the item to your cart. When you have added the desired items, click the Shopping Cart link at the top of the page. The selected items will be displayed along with the option to delete items from the cart and change quantity. When you are sure that your order is correct, proceed with the checkout process. You will be asked to enter your address and other information necessary to handle your order. At the final step of the checkout you will be redirected to a PayPal checkout solution (see ‘Payment options’). When the payment is complete you will return to the Horseman site. An email will be sent to you listing the items in your order. When placing an order you agree to the terms and conditions for purchasing items at hatesphere.com. We advise you to read through the different sections of ‘Terms and conditions’.
When the order-process has been completed and you press ‘Pay’ on the final step of the order-guide you will be redirected to a PayPal checkout solution. Here you can pay with your own PayPal account.
All payments are made in euro’s.

All orders will be processed as quickly as possible and sent through a reliable posting service. If your order contains multiple items we will send them as one package.

Please note that the above mentioned delivery times are estimates to give you an idea of when you can expect to receive your order. We cannot be held responsible for shipping delays that are out of our control.
Returns and exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item to another size or a completely different item altogether you can do so by writing an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order-ID and what item you wish to exchange and what to exchange it to. Please note that all postage fees for returning and sending new item(s) is payed by yourself. We will then send you information on where to send the item(s) to be exchanged along with information about payment of the postage fees. Please note that only items in their original wrapping can be exchanged. If your order is damaged when you receive it, please send an email email@example.com with your order-ID and which item(s) are damaged and in what way. We will find a solution for you to receive a replacement item and inform you through e-mail. Should you regret your purchase of one or more items, you can cancel the deal within 14 days of placing the order. Write an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the order-id and a description of why you wish to cancel the order and information on how to transfer your money back to you. We will not return postage fees, only the cost of the items in your order. If your order has been shipped, you must return it to us at your own cost. Write email@example.com for a return address. When the items are returned un-damaged and in their original wrapping we will transfer your amount.
Protecting your personal information
All personal information applied by you (name, address, e-mail etc.) is only used for the handling of your order and will not be given to 3rd party nor added to email announce lists.
